"Jerry has been extremely patient and helpful. With his background as a builder and an inspector, he was able to point out many important details and irregularities, as well as nicer touches and finishes. He gives great advice, but never pushes. He did remember what we were looking for though and   kept us from getting distracted by "shiny" but unsuitable houses!"

"Jerry Swann did a remarkable job. My husband and I relocated from Arizona.  Jerry was very patient and helpful as we learned our way around the county and fine tuned exactly what we needed and wanted in a home in Washington state. His communication skills are outstanding and he is very responsive.   With our multiple questions he always returned calls and emails very promptly. He is trustworthy, honest, and very reliable. Very early on we saw that he had a great skill set for work as a realtor. He knows the area well and has a long history of selling real estate in Whatcom County. He tracks down information quickly and shares insightful information on how to bring all parties together to make a successful house purchase come together.
