In the last five years, I have nearly 1000 clock hours of coursework, over 4 times what is required of a new agent, and 10 times what is required of an experienced agent.  Besides a degree in real estate, I received certificates in Green Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, and Real Estate Investing.
