After all, accurately knowing ARV (after repair value) and existing value is how one can find value even in today’s Sellers’ market. I also enjoy teaching new people how to become real estate investors or even first time home buyers. For Sellers, I understand it’s the bottom line and that time is money. I founded the Meetup “Puget Sound Real Estate Investing Group for Newbies” to teach either new real estate investors or first time home buyers the importance of success in real estate through knowledge and relationships. I am also proudly involved with the RISE Real Estate Investing Community which allows access to networking, off-market deals, and fix and flips partnerships. I also help investors achieve their personal goals by offering 6% to 10% returns secured by a first deed of trust.
