As an avid golfer, I enjoy the great outdoors here in the PNW. Plus whether it's kayaking, hiking or skiing, getting out and experiencing all there is to do in the Seattle area is what I love to do best.

Starting a new job in another state is exciting but also nerve wracking when moving with your significant other and baby in tow. David at least reduced a lot of anxiety about finding housing. - Knowledgeable about the Home Partners of America program details and process - Knew which homes and neighborhoods to narrow our search based on our primary criteria - Doing tours of properties and sending me access to his videos and pictures (a huge factor when not colocated with your realtor) - Very accommodating, generous with his time - I'm a third time home buyer so my previous experience I think made me a little more aggressive with questions but he was flexible and showed compassion, responding promptly - Very professional and didn't pressure us into anything, giving us the facts and allowing us to come to our own informed decisions.
