Jessica is a breath of fresh air if your having a hard time finding the right home. She has exceptional communication skills, and will go to bat for you again and again through the long haul of purchasing a home. Her availability to meet and show houses was very flexible and we didn’t feel put off ever. Once we found a home, she was efficient in getting us through the process and worked really hard at protecting our interests. Throughout, she has been a reliable, responsive help, and we appreciate all the hard work. Very personable and durable, Jessica sets the standard in my opinion of what a real estate agent should be.

We would definitely recommend Jessica to anyone looking to buy a house. She was very knowledgeable and really notices the little details we wouldn't have noticed on our own. We liked that she sent us a wide variety of houses to initially look at and took our specific feedback in order to narrow down the selection. She was very friendly and willing to coordinate times to view homes based on our schedule, even late on some weeknights. When we decided to put in offers, she went out of her way to help with the negotiation and made sure we were getting a great deal. Without her help, we never would have found our perfect home.

I would recommend Jessica to anyone buying a house! She is knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and always has your back. I felt complete confidence that she was always keeping our best interests at heart through the entire process. She was easy to schedule meetings with and gave us many options for houses that fit our needs/wants. She was an expert negotiator and pushed for exactly what we wanted throughout the process. She was knowledgeable every step of the way and explained things clearly so that we felt we always knew what was going on. We ended up in a beautiful home with everything we asked for!

Bought a Condo home in 2016 in Mill Creek, WA.

I have moved several times and worked with 8 or 9 real estate agents, and Jessica has been the best of them all. She was energetic and intelligent throughout the process, devising strategies to find the right place and then used it. She listened to what I wanted and only showed me appropriate properties. I was living out-of-state and could not travel to WA, so she visited places for sale and if she saw one she thought I would like, made a video with narration for me. She showed excellent judgment in this process, and gave me very frank and honest answers to my questions. When the time came to make an offer, her advice was excellent. And she continued to look out for my interests right up to the closing and beyond. I ended up buying a place well-suited to my needs in a strong seller's market, and I doubt it could have happened without Jessica as my agent. I have only a minor "complaint". Jessica was not aware that procedural details differ among states, nor was I, which led to some miscommunication between us at one stage.
