Hi, I’m Krista Swafford. I’m a licensed real estate broker, creative business owner, and long-time problem solver based in Port Angeles, Washington.

I have more than a decade of experience in construction estimating and procurement. I understand how homes are built and how they should feel. My background combines logistics, design, and storytelling. Whether you're buying a home, preparing to sell, or building your next venture, I help make the process clearer and less overwhelming.

I started KNS Collective to bring all of my work together: real estate, photography, staging, interior design, and creative consulting. I work with people who care about function and beauty, and who want spaces that support their lives and reflect their vision.

If you’re looking for someone who listens, follows through, and keeps things real, I’d love to work with you.
