After a distinguished 20+ year career as a U.S. Army Ranger, Neal transitioned into real estate in 2006 as a broker, with Angela joining him in 2010. Since then, they have successfully assisted hundreds of homeowners in buying and selling real estate across eight counties in Washington, including King, Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston, and others.

Neal and Angela's clients range from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, covering all market segments from entry-level to luxury homes. They have extensive experience in various types of residential real estate, including new construction, existing homes, VA-owned properties, rehab projects, and bank-owned (REO) properties.

They are well-versed in working with a diverse range of buyers, including veterans using VA benefits, first-time buyers, and those relocating to Washington. Over the years, Neal and Angela have closed more than 98% of all transactions they opened, including VA, short sales, USDA, FHA rehab loans (203K), and conventional home sales.

In 2014, they joined Best Choice Realty, building their business around the mission of helping clients achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Though they work for compensation, their primary focus is always on their clients' needs, which has earned them trust and respect. Neal became a Managing Broker at Best Choice Realty in 2016, where the brokerage has grown to over 300 agents, making it one of the largest in Washington.
