Incredible opportunity in the heart of recreation country and the rural outpost community of Cougar, WA. This un-zoned 2 AC tract fronts on one of the main arterials to Mt. This property is build-ready and has received Planning Clearance to build 19 cabins, a 3000+/-SF bistro, staff house and parking area. The property currently has the infrastructure in place to support building 12 cabins and the bistro out or utilize whats there to bring your own vision to fruition with a new 2700 gallon septic tank installed, driveway in, power on site (seller has paid for a 400 AMP service, there is currently a 200 amp meter base at the property), 3 water connections on site with 4th connection reserved.
