David at least reduced a lot of anxiety about finding housing. - Knowledgeable about the Home Partners of America program details and process - Knew which homes and neighborhoods to narrow our search based on our primary criteria - Doing tours of properties and sending me access to his videos and pictures (a huge factor when not colocated with your realtor) - Very accommodating, generous with his time - I'm a third time home buyer so my previous experience I think made me a little more aggressive with questions but he was flexible and showed compassion, responding promptly - Very professional and didn't pressure us into anything, giving us the facts and allowing us to come to our own informed decisions.

David was great! He was knowledgeable of the local Seattle area. And he showed us several homes and helped us narrow our focus to what we really wanted.
