Tristan is the epitome of professionalism and quality service. He worked tirelessly to find me the perfect home and I could not be happier. I came into this process with big ideas about what I wanted but not the budget to get everything. Tristan was very upfront about the market and how I might need to adjust either my budget or expectations but promised me from the beginning that he would find the perfect house for me and he delivered on that promise. Being a first time homebuyer I was nervous and had no idea what I was doing but Tristan assured me that he was there to guide me and assist me through the entire process and he was. He checked in with me regularly and was always available for any questions or concerns I might have. He worked around my work schedule and was even available on very short notice on several occasions to show me a house or two. He even completed paperwork for an offer I wanted to make on a house while he was camping one weekend. Talk about dedication!! He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and educated me about every aspect of the process as we went along. In addition he really paid attention to what I said and 'didn't say' as we looked at houses and continually refined the search as he discovered more about what was 'really' important to me. He was very enthusiastic when showing a house but I never felt pressured to make an offer. It was always about what was best for me!! He also surrounds himself with extremely professional individuals for each part of the process from Loan Officers to Inspectors which speaks very highly about his commitment to superior service and his desire to make this a very positive experience. I cannot say enough about Tristan. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. I believe all real estate agents should strive to emulate Tristan. I was a little hesitant to have Tristan as our realtor since he is young and quite new to the profession. But, Tristan really blew us away with his expertise, dependability, punctuality, professionalism and prompt communication!!! I was very impressed with his knowledge and I am someone who's not easily impressed. He helped us buy our first investment property. He truly had our best interest in mind and did not push us into buying something just to earn a commission.
