Finding a home in Arbor Heights is a good option if you like a quiet neighborhood with infrequent traffic. Only a few roads pass through this part of West Seattle. The entire south end of Arbor Heights is a U shaped road that only residents would have a need to drive. Homes for sale in Arbor Heights tend to fit almost anyone’s preferences. Houses range from small charming 2 bedroom homes to total renovated or rebuilt large family homes. Although Arbor Heights is lacking in the large parks that other West Seattle neighborhoods have, there are a few hidden options. At the north end is a secret access to the south part of Fauntleroy Park. Another is at the far south part of the community along the boundary of Seattle at Seola Beach. The Seola Greenbelt Park is small but offers a unique experience of walking into an old Magnolia tree forest, overlooking the beach homes of Seola Beach. Arbor Heights also has a good number of churches, since space is a bit more affordable here when compared to properties to the north.
