Born and raised in the South Sound, Brandon got his start in real estate buying his first home in 2012 having neither party represented by an agent.  Through necessity, he quickly became familiar with real estate negotiation, the purchase and sale agreement, escrow, lending, appraisals, and so on.  Once closed, he spent the next year becoming thoroughly familiar with building construction as this home was taken down to the studs and put back together again.  Though this trial by fire was an incredible learning experience, he desires that nobody will have to go through that process alone.  Since then, he has become intimately familiar with local real estate, buying several homes for himself and his family as well as becoming a landlord himself.  Looking back at the journey, he decided he wanted to help other families and investors through the process of buying and selling real estate.  A real estate transaction has the potential to be one of the most stressful events in one's life; he hopes to walk through with you during each step and create a transaction filled with peace and confidence.
