Born and raised in the South Sound, Brandon got his start in real estate buying his first home in 2012 having neither party represented by an agent. Through necessity, he quickly became familiar with real estate negotiation, the purchase and sale agreement, escrow, lending, appraisals, and so on. Once closed, he spent the next year becoming thoroughly familiar with building construction as this home was taken down to the studs and put back together again. Though this trial by fire was an incredible learning experience, he desires that nobody will have to go through that process alone. Since then, he has become intimately familiar with local real estate, buying several homes for himself and his family as well as becoming a landlord himself.
