Cheryl Maquiraya was born in Cebu City, Philippines and raised in Seoul, S. Korea. Shortly after graduating from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Psychology, she moved to Renton, Washington. She instantly fell in love with the Evergreen state and made the PNW her home. 

Cheryl has an extensive professional background in Supply Chain Management with Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, aerospace, retail and technology. She was also a designated mortgage broker for her own company. Her organization and negotiation skills are impeccable. Cheryl is multi-lingual and can adapt easily with different cultures. Her communication and people skills are projected so naturally.

Cheryl has been passionate about real estate her entire life. She grew up in a military family, lived in different countries, and moved in several homes. She was raised by her mother, who has the best sense in style both in fashion and homes. She is a proud mother of three beautiful children: Belle, Anton and Gabriel. In her spare time, she loves to do interior design, enjoys spending time with her family, and plans to travel more.
