Real Estate Is About Property. My Business Is About People.

With 15+ years of real estate experience, I’ve learned that houses may bring people to the table—but trust is what keeps them there.

I’m Collette Robinson, a Seattle-born real estate broker, educator, and community leader serving buyers, sellers, and clients throughout the Puget Sound area.

I’ve built my business around helping people navigate real life through real estate.

A first-time buyer who thinks homeownership is out of reach. A longtime homeowner wondering if it’s time to downsize. Someone helping Mom or Dad transition into senior living. A seller who needs more than a sign in the yard—they need a strategy. An investor looking for their next opportunity. Or an entrepreneur searching for the right property to bring a business idea to life.

Those are the conversations I know how to have.

And education is at the heart of how I work.

I’ve seen what can happen when someone who has spent years thinking “I could never buy a home” learns about down payment assistance and programs they never knew existed.

Sometimes the opportunity was there all along. You just needed someone to show you the door.

For sellers, my approach is just as personal. We look at the property, the market, the numbers, and—most importantly—what makes sense for your next move. No unnecessary pressure. No one-size-fits-all advice.

Born Here. Rooted Here. Connected Here.

Seattle is where I was born and raised, and the Puget Sound area is the community I know and care about. My work as an educator and community leader has only strengthened something I’ve believed for a long time:

Real estate can change more than an address. It can change a person’s future.

A home can create stability. A sale can open the door to a new chapter. The right property can become the beginning of a business. And the right real estate decision can create opportunity and wealth that reaches well beyond today.

That’s why experience matters—but so does having someone who listens.

So bring me your questions. Bring me the situation that feels complicated. Bring me the “Collette, I don’t even know where to start.”

We’ll start there.

Anything real estate — think of me.

The offering consists of two separate structures on a single 4,800 square foot NR3 zoned parcel. A two bedroom house built in 1946 sits at the front of the property, and a standalone duplex built in 1988 sits behind it, containing two more two bedroom/one bathroom units. Total net rentable area is 2,340 square feet across the three units, with an additional 720 square feet of unfinished basement beneath the house. Each unit is a two bedroom, one bathroom layout with a dedicated storage locker and its own full size washer and dryer. Both duplex units are vacant and ready for occupancy. Both interiors have been freshly painted and have new vinyl plank flooring, new carpet, new window blinds, and the appliance package in the upper unit (unit B) is new. Hot water tanks were replaced in 2023 and 2024. The property also works for an owner user, who can occupy a duplex unit at closing. The house sits on 720 square feet of unfinished basement with a dedicated entry, good ceiling height, and a sewer line that runs down rather than out through a sidewall, which allows a bathroom to be added at the lower level without sacrificing space. A buyer can finish the basement as additional living area for the house or pursue the addition of a fourth unit. The parcel is zoned NR3, which allows four units on the site. A buyer is to research and confirm the viability of these options to its own satisfaction, including with the appropriate City of Seattle zoning and construction departments.
