Born and raised in Kirkland, Washington, Emik has developed keen passion for real estate being influenced by the growing development of the picturesque greater Puget Sound region. As a young teenager, his profound ability to master sales and obtain experience in the new construction field helped him be pleased by the housing industry and be able to negotiate in the best way possible. After studying economics in college and helping family members find their perfect home, Emik was on his search to purchase his first property at the age of nineteen. By educating himself with contract and real estate law as much as his fascination would allow, he joined the North Pacific Properties team to help his clients enjoy what the northern Seattle area has to offer in the wisest financial approach. Emik has become fond of his hometown by relishing the outdoors with his beautiful wife and soon-to-be twin daughters.
