After studying economics in college and helping family members find their perfect home, Emik was on his search to purchase his first property at the age of nineteen. By educating himself with contract and real estate law as much as his fascination would allow, he joined the North Pacific Properties team to help his clients enjoy what the northern Seattle area has to offer in the wisest financial approach.
