Salve! I am Jamie (aka The Real Estate Quarterback). 

After almost a decade as an Accounting/Bookkeeping & Operations Manager, I dabbled in mortgage lending briefly in 2007 (yikes), then went on to work for Wells Fargo where I arrived at the onset of the financial crisis. I held roles in Government Relations, as Executive Assistant of Corporate Communications Consumer Lending and then as a Political Law Pre-Clearance & Reporting Compliance Analyst.

My journey into the realm of real estate was ignited by a curiosity of my grandmother’s endeavors as an investor and a profound desire to secure a bright future for my children while maintaining fluency in the language of finance. What started as a personal investment endeavor has blossomed into a fulfilling career fueled by my unwavering passion for helping others achieve financial success. Hailing from the

socioeconomically and culturally diverse SF Bay Area, I am deeply committed to assisting individuals from all walks of life in reaching their real estate goals.

I derive immense joy working on real estate transactions in my picturesque neighborhood of University Place WA. I have a passion for discovering hidden gems in the small to medium multi-family property niche, and exploring creative avenues to acquire assets for clients, fellow investors, and occasionally for myself. Connection is the cornerstone of my approach, and assembling a stellar team of professionals is paramount to me.

Beyond real estate, I am a Med Spouse and I find joy through adventures with my family, my small bookkeeping business (specializing in REI), engaging in lively discussions on current events, indulging in a good read while overlooking the picturesque Puget Sound, or savoring a glass of Cab Franc (or perhaps a finger of Blanton’s) while relaxing by the waves in Cannon Beach or Carmel.
