Jeff is a Washington native who attended the University of California at Berkeley on a basketball scholarship 1983-1987. After school he was immediately employed by a Silicon Valley based commercial real estate firm leasing office and industrial properties to some of today’s largest corporations. Upon returning to his native state in the mid 90’s, he began financing residential and commercial mortgages. Over the last 20 years he’s used his knowledge of financing and sales to help his customers achieve their financial goals through real estate investments. He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and has passed Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) courses in his continuing education. He’s represented buyers and sellers in leasing, sales and financing of multifamily, industrial, office and retail properties. His interests include; fly fishing, skiing, real estate investment, volunteering as a high school basketball coach and travel.
