She started her career in Real Estate in 2007 as a Certified Home Stager then received her General Contractor’s license for both states. She transitioned into buying and selling Real Estate in 2015. Her formal education started with an Associates in Applied Science – Paralegal degree and she continued on to receive a Master in Business Administration degree from George Fox University. The combination of education and experience has taught her the art of negotiation, contract law, and the importance of ethics when conducting business. This combination has assured her clients that they can move forward with confidence with her representation. Kim and her husband, Mike, work together to develop land and build houses.
