Sheryl is wonderful, not only does she work for what she earns, she goes above and beyond. She genuinely cares about her clients and always responds quickly to questions. She really listens to what her clients need and want, and does not give up until she finds it. She is a go getter in every respect and you can't help but like and trust her.

Sheryl is highly professional and enjoyable to work with. She cares for her client’s needs above just getting the commission. Expertly represented our interests at all phases of the purchase and helped navigate through the challenges of the FHA loan program. Sheryl helped me sell a home in 2006 and she was awesome. Sheryl did not back down and stood for what I wanted. We were able to get more than what I thought the home could sell for, she is great. Then in 2008 she helped me buy another home. The offer we put down was low, Sheryl warned us that it might not get accepted, but she stood by us on what our decision was. She did not try and talk us out of it, which means volumes to her integrity. In turn, we ended up being a back-up offer. The point to the story was the first offer fell through and we got the house for a lot less than expected. Sheryl exemplifies integrity and honesty in such a clouded market. I was deployed in Afghanistan when I met Sheryl online letting her know that I wanted to get a house in the Pierce County area. She was very knowledgeable about the area and knew home buying process very well. She replied back to my inquiries quickly everytime---even on weekends!
