He understands the REO and HUD processes, plus he continues to work closely with the clients in their ongoing relocation pursuits. Additionally, Steve operates his own maintenance business, complementing the industry with the skills from a Brokers perspective. Steve’s passion for service was developed prior to coming to BCR, Steve completed 20 years of active-duty service with the U.S. Army in Special Operations Forces as an Airborne Ranger and Green Beret. Steve also speaks Thai and has traveled extensively throughout South East Asia. During this time, Steve served in 1st SFG (A) Ft Lewis WA, (JBLM) just north of Tumwater WA. He served forward in Okinawa, Japan and served as a Special Forces instructor at Ft Bragg, NC before retiring and moving back to the Pacific North West. Steve holds a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
