We Love What We Do & Where We Do It!

We are thrilled to be AWARD recipients from the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals consistently since 2018 as one of TOP TEN agents in Washington for Exceptional and Outstanding Client Satisfaction.  Our Clients' experience is paramount to us, so we cannot thank our Clients enough for this prestigious award!

Teri first acquired her real estate license in 2002 where she was a top producing REALTOR® in Thurston County, Washington.  Later both Teri and Doug were top producing REALTORS® in Indian Wells, California.  Our past transactions are primarily luxury residential properties ranging in value from $500,000 to well over $1 million.

Teri is able to leverage many years of professional experience from Silicon Valley fortune 1000 companies (AT&T, NCR, and Sybase) where as vice president, she personally negotiated a multitude of business partnerships, sales and marketing campaigns.   Doug also comes from a professional background and has extensive building and remodeling experience as well.  This has been extremely beneficial to Clients preparing to place their home on the market and/or negotiating through inspections.

Life Before Real Estate...

Teri was raised on a cattle ranch and showed horses throughout WA State.  She graduated from Sequim High School in 1980 and went on to graduate from the University of Washington Foster's School of Business concentrating in Information Systems and Investment Finance.  She was then recruited into the technology field in Silicon Valley where she enjoyed a number of roles from engineering to sales to marketing to independent consulting.  She also briefly owned a vineyard in Napa and sold the merlot and cabernet sauvignon grapes to Stags' Leap Winery.

Growing up, Doug's family owned a heating and air conditioning business where the Port Angeles transit station is located now.  Service to his community and country were Doug's calling.  He enlisted in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer (honorably discharged after 3 years tour of service).  In addition,  he retired from the Washington State Patrol after 25 years of service.  He also had his construction license and has remodeled or built many homes.

Why Sequim?

We were fortunate to grow up on the Olympic Peninsula and we have seen our area "evolve" from a small farming and logging community to the amazing place we get to call "home" today.  Conveniences such as Home Depot, Costco, etc. are on the far west end of our small town and yet, the main downtown area is lined with quaint shops, wine/coffee bars and restaurants. Thinking back to our younger years, it is a far cry from the single flashing traffic light and when Highway 101 was the main street through town...

The natural beauty is jaw dropping.  From the majestic Olympic Mountains to our south, to the Strait of Juan de Fuca with a backdrop of the Cascade Mountains to our north.  Outdoor enthusiasts love the multitude of hiking/biking trails, boating out of the John Wayne Marina in Sequim, and our Olympic Discovery Trail which when complete, will run from Port Townsend to the Pacific Ocean!

Did we mention the weather??  Sequim is called the "Blue Hole" by pilots because we are in the "rain shadow" of the Olympic Mountains meaning we see less rainfall than most northwest destinations and a lot more sunshine!

Imagine waking up to silence, a forever view of the Olympic Mountains, & a day that belongs entirely to you. That is not a vacation - that is this homestead. Some properties are defined by a single feature, but this one is defined by everything working together. At the heart of it all sits a completely rebuilt 3bd, 2ba, 1,518 sqft home. Spread across 5.41 flat, usable acres in Sequim's celebrated rain shadow, one of the sunniest microclimates in the Pacific Northwest, the land delivers clean, natural high-pressure water from a private artesian well. Originally built in 2010, the home was completely reconstructed up to new standards in 2024-2025, w/ a new roof, 9-ft+ ceilings throughout, updated electrical, reconfigured plumbing, double-pane storm windows, & fresh flooring. The updated kitchen features vaulted 13-ft ceilings, custom cabinetry, granite counters, new appliances, a large island, & a panoramic window framing gorgeous mountain views. Two full master suites each have a private bathroom, & one is fully handicap accessible w/ a roll-in shower & exterior ramp. The septic is certified for 4 bedrooms, & a 50-amp RV hookup is on site. Thoughtfully stewarded under a conservation easement with North Olympic Land Trust (NOLT), this serene 15.7-acre parcel was assembled from smaller parcels to create a rare balance of private living and protected natural landscape. A designated 1-acre home site offers a cleared, level, move-in-ready building area, while approximately 4.5 acres of delineated wetland complete with its established 75' buffer ensures enduring natural beauty and privacy. Most utility infrastructure is in place, and a sample plan for a 3-bedroom/2-bath manufactured home and garage with installation costs is available upon request. Two addresses grace this single parcel. The primary address at 1543 Gasman Road leads to the welcoming home site described above. A second address at 1383 Gasman offers an established driveway and utilities, making it a charming complement for agricultural pursuits — think greenhouse or equipment storage. The already-installed PUD electric and water meters, and functioning septic system, at this location add meaningful versatility to any rural vision. The remainder of the property — roughly 8–10 acres across the southern reaches — is a quietly recovering upland forest laced with walking trails that invite exploration and unexpected discoveries. Together, the wetland and forest provide a haven for abundant birdlife and wildlife, connecting this land to your dream of living in harmony with nature.
