Wenru Liu was born in Taiwan and has lived in Redmond, Washington for the past 30 years. With her Chinese and Taiwanese background, Wenru earned her master's degree in education which she uses to teach Mandarin. Over the years of working as a loan originator, Wenru became passionate about helping people and hopes to help her clients buy and sell their properties with ease. She is focused on furthering her real estate career and seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge of the real estate market. Aside from her expertise and experience with financial situations, Wenru is exceptionally skilled in negotiation and making sure her clients are well taken care of during their transactions. She understands that with big decisions come big life changes and therefore emotions run high; she comes prepared with endless patience, wisdom, and honesty to answer any questions. Wenru’s biggest motivator is making sure her clients are satisfied and feel comfortable with the entire process. When Wenru is not finding perfect homes and helping her clients sell their properties, she enjoys many hobbies including; hiking, writing, music, art, and singing.
